My Daily Success Commitment
Four days a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Task:
-I will go to the gym, and workout.
Daily Success Check-in:
-I will send a picture of the gym to Daily Success Commitment at (470)-528-1579. To validate I went to the gym.
Two days a week Friday, Saturday
Task:
- I will plan my workouts, research works out, and plan my week so that I will make it to the gym on time.
Daily Success Check-in:
- I will take picture(s) of my workout plan, and my schedule and text that to Daily Success Commitment.
One day a week, Sunday
Task:
- I will either post on social media about working out, comment on someone else’s post about working, talk with a friend about their work out, or look for people who are into working out as well.
Daily Success Check-in:
- I will either take picture(s) of my social media post(s), document my talk with my friend, document how I went looking for new friends who are into working out. For actions that I documented. I will take a picture of the document, and send that into Daily Success Commitment via a text.
